Ingredients

  • Sashimi-grade salmon - 100 grams
  • Sashimi-grade tuna - 100 grams
  • Firm tofu - 200 grams
  • Mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and lettuce) - 100 grams
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Radish - 4, thinly sliced
  • Avocado - 1, diced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Nori seaweed - 1 sheet, cut into strips
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Drain the firm tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1 cm cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create a dressing.
  3. In a serving bowl, arrange the mixed salad greens as a base.
  4. Top the greens with the cubed tofu, sliced cucumber, sliced radish, and diced avocado.
  5. Cut the sashimi-grade salmon and tuna into bite-sized pieces and layer them over the salad.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and nori strips on top, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
