Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza base - 1 medium (about 200g)

  • Avocado - 1 medium, ripe

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Wasabi - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Nori seaweed sheets - 1, cut into strips
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Place the whole wheat pizza base on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil, then bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. While the crust is baking, prepare the salmon by slicing it into thin strips and marinating in soy sauce and lemon juice for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork, then mix in cream cheese, salt, pepper, and wasabi (if using) until smooth.
