  • Sakura shrimp - 50g
  • Nori sheets - 2, torn into small pieces
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced
  • Miso paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca starch, salt, egg, olive oil, and water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to desired thickness.
  4. Spread a thin layer of miso paste evenly over the crust.
