- Whole grain burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Sliced cucumber - 100 grams
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sakura shrimp, ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onion, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties, pressing firmly to ensure they hold together.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns by lightly toasting them on a separate pan or toaster.
