  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Whole grain burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Sliced cucumber - 100 grams
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Avocado - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sakura shrimp, ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onion, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two patties, pressing firmly to ensure they hold together.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
