  • Sake - 60 ml

  • Mirin - 15 ml
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Gluten-free burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Wasabi - 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions (chopped) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, sake, soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
