- Sake - 60 ml

- Mirin - 15 ml
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Gluten-free burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato (sliced) - 1 medium
- Wasabi - 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, sake, soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
