Steps
- Rinse the mackerel fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Sprinkle sea salt evenly on both sides of the fillets, then let them sit for about 10 minutes to allow the salt to penetrate.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
