  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallots, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced zucchini and carrot, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in the grated ginger and coconut aminos, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Gently add the fish liver to the skillet, breaking it into pieces while cooking for about 5-6 minutes until it is cooked through and slightly browned.
  6. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
