  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut flour - 50 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 50 ml for frying
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and cut them into serving-sized pieces.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  4. Dip each piece of fish into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  6. Carefully place the coated fish pieces in the skillet and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the fish and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
