Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Sprinkle salt on the saba fillets and let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavor.
- In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the saba fillets skin-side down for about 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
