- Cauliflower - 300 grams, riced
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 50 grams

- Grilled mackerel (saba) - 100 grams, flaked
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Nori seaweed - 1 sheet, cut into strips
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, steam the riced cauliflower for 5 minutes until tender and allow to cool slightly.
- Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper to form a dough.
- Spread the cauliflower dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
- While the crust is baking, flake the grilled mackerel and mix it with soy sauce and chopped green onions.
- Remove the crust from the oven and top it with the mackerel mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
