Steps
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the mackerel fillets, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
