- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
- Green onion (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the miso paste, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the miso mayonnaise.
- Season the mackerel fillets with salt and black pepper, then grill them for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
- While the fish is grilling, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly on the grill.
