- Spinach - 100 grams
- Egg - 1, soft-boiled
- Nori seaweed - 2 sheets, cut into strips
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken breast, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and mirin. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pot and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the broth, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
