- Pizza sauce - 100 ml

- Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Prepare the pizza dough according to your preferred method or use store-bought dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together ice water and egg, then gradually add to the flour mixture to create a tempura batter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).
- Dip each prawn into the tempura batter and carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Arrange the fried prawns, sliced bell pepper, and green onions over the cheese. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with soy sauce, slice, and serve hot.
