Steps
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips, about 5 mm thick.
- In a bowl, combine grated ginger, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off, and add it to the pan.
- Cook the pork for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until it is fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
- Add the remaining marinade to the pan and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
