- Pork belly - 250 grams, sliced into thin strips
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Miso paste - 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Nori sheets - 1, cut into small squares for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork belly with soy sauce, mirin, and miso paste for at least 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the marinated pork belly and cook until browned and crispy, approximately 10-15 minutes.
- While the pork is cooking, prepare the gluten-free pizza base by placing it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza base.
- Once the pork belly is cooked, evenly distribute it over the cheese layer on the pizza.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and shiitake mushrooms on top of the pork belly.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions and nori squares on top as a garnish.
- Slice the pizza and serve hot.
