Steps
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
- In a blender or food processor, combine fresh basil leaves, miso paste, minced garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth, adding a bit of reserved pasta water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
