  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Water - 2 liters for boiling pasta

Steps

  1. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste, soy sauce, and mirin. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
