- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Water - 2 liters for boiling pasta
Steps
- Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix the miso paste, soy sauce, and mirin. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
