- Vegetable broth - 120 ml
- Heavy cream - 60 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 120 ml of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the miso paste and soy sauce, mixing well. Add the vegetable broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low, then add the heavy cream and reserved pasta water, stirring until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the lemon sauce. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
