Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 200 grams, finely shredded
  • Eggs - 3 large
  • Ground pork - 150 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Shirataki noodles - 100 grams, rinsed and drained
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar-free okonomiyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, ground pork, chopped green onions, and rinsed shirataki noodles.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond flour, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cabbage mixture and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  8. Drizzle sugar-free okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise over the top before serving.
