- Keto-friendly mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce (or tamari) - 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cooking oil (coconut or avocado) - for frying
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, shredded cabbage, green onions, and shredded cheese.
