  • Green onions - 50 grams, chopped
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 100 grams
  • Keto-friendly mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (or tamari) - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil (coconut or avocado) - for frying

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, shredded cabbage, green onions, and shredded cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, mayonnaise, soy sauce, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the vegetable mixture and stir until well combined.
