  • Tofu - 150 grams, firm, cubed
  • Soy sauce - 60 ml
  • Mirin - 30 ml
  • Sake - 30 ml
  • Brown sugar substitute - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 200 ml

Steps
