- Tofu - 150 grams, firm, cubed
- Soy sauce - 60 ml
- Mirin - 30 ml
- Sake - 30 ml
- Brown sugar substitute - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 200 ml
Steps
- In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, sake, and brown sugar substitute until well combined.
