  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of sesame oil.
  4. Once hot, add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot to the pan and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
