  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, riced
  • Water - 1 cup

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the white miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, and water until smooth.
  5. Pour the miso mixture over the browned beef, stirring well to coat.
  6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the riced cauliflower by steaming it until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve the niku miso over the riced cauliflower and garnish with chopped green onions.
