- Cheddar cheese - 50g, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Toppings (e.g. bell peppers, mushrooms, cooked chicken) - 100g, assorted
Steps
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Rinse and drain the shirataki noodles, then chop them into smaller pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shirataki noodles, green onions, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
