  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 50g, shredded
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Toppings (e.g. bell peppers, mushrooms, cooked chicken) - 100g, assorted

Steps

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Rinse and drain the shirataki noodles, then chop them into smaller pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shirataki noodles, green onions, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the preheated skillet and spread it evenly to form a crust.
