Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Raw tuna sashimi (halal) - 150 grams, finely chopped
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Nori sheets - 1 sheet, cut into small strips
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a circular shape about 10 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped raw tuna, green onions, cream cheese, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  5. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small edge around the perimeter.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tuna mixture.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
