Ingredients
- Brown rice flour - 150g
- Tapioca starch - 50g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 200ml
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Negi (Japanese green onions) - 100g, finely chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 150g, shredded
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Dried oregano - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown rice flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dry mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the dough into a round shape, about 1cm thick.
- Pre-bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until slightly firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and brush the remaining olive oil over the surface.
- Spread the soy sauce evenly over the crust, then sprinkle the chopped negi and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and black pepper over the pizza for added flavor.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
