Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Natto - 100 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Spinach - 50 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. In a small bowl, combine natto with soy sauce, and mix well.
  6. Distribute the natto mixture evenly over the tomato sauce on the pizza.
  7. Layer the spinach, sliced red bell pepper, and vegan mozzarella cheese on top of the natto.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve.
