Steps

  1. Cook the short-grain rice according to package instructions and keep it warm.
  2. In a small bowl, mix natto with soy sauce until well combined.
  3. Spoon the warm rice into two bowls.
  4. Top each bowl of rice with a portion of the natto mixture.
  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the natto.
