Ingredients
- Cooked white rice - 200 grams
- Natto - 100 grams (1 pack)
- Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Carrot - 50 grams, diced
- Frozen peas - 50 grams
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Nori (seaweed) - for garnish, optional
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, natto, green onions, carrot, peas, soy sauce, sesame oil, and the beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the rice mixture into a lightly greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is slightly golden and the mixture is heated through.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, and garnish with nori if desired before serving.
