Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Cook the eggplant for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it becomes tender.

- Pour the miso mixture over the cooked eggplant and stir well to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
