Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sardines with sea salt and let them marinate for 10 minutes to enhance flavor.
- In another bowl, mix the cooked cauliflower rice with rice vinegar, grated ginger, and a splash of sesame oil to create a flavorful base.
- After marinating, rinse the sardines under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Lay the nori sheets flat and spread a layer of the cauliflower rice mixture on each sheet.
- Place the sardine fillets on top of the rice, then add julienned cucumber and sliced radish for added crunch.
