  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Mirin - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
