Steps
- In a medium bowl, mix the sweet rice flour, sugar, and salt together until well combined.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe dish and cover it with plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then stir the mixture, and continue microwaving in 1-minute intervals until the mixture is thick and sticky (about 4-6 minutes total).
