- granulated sugar - 50 grams
- cocoa powder - 30 grams
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- milk - 120 milliliters
- vegetable oil - 30 milliliters
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- dark chocolate (chopped) - 50 grams
- powdered sugar - for dusting (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish (around 20x20 cm).
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped dark chocolate until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
