- Red bean paste - 100 grams
- Agar-agar powder - 2 grams
- Water - 250 milliliters
- Sugar - 30 grams
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine the water and agar-agar powder. Stir well to dissolve the agar-agar completely.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat while continuously stirring. Allow it to boil for about 2 minutes.
- Add the sugar and a pinch of salt to the boiling mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the red bean paste until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups. Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, transfer the mold to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- To serve, gently unmold the jelly or serve it directly from the cups. Enjoy chilled.
