Ingredients

  • Red bean paste - 100 grams
  • Agar-agar powder - 2 grams
  • Water - 250 milliliters
  • Sugar - 30 grams
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water and agar-agar powder. Stir well to dissolve the agar-agar completely.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat while continuously stirring. Allow it to boil for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt to the boiling mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the red bean paste until smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups. Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, transfer the mold to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. To serve, gently unmold the jelly or serve it directly from the cups. Enjoy chilled.
