Steps

  1. Peel the daikon radish and carrot, then cut them into thin sticks or matchsticks.
  2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the white miso paste, sake, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt. Mix until smooth.
