  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Baby spinach - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with olive oil and minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Spread the miso mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and shiitake mushrooms on top of the miso layer.
  6. Top the veggies with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle black sesame seeds evenly over the pizza.
