  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Nori sheets - 1, cut into strips
  • Sliced bell pepper - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, crumble the firm tofu and mix it with miso paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
