Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the white miso paste, soy sauce, and mirin to create a marinade.
- Cut the salmon into small cubes and marinate in the miso mixture for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
