  • Mirin - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Nori sheets - 1, cut into strips (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the white miso paste, soy sauce, and mirin to create a marinade.
  3. Cut the salmon into small cubes and marinate in the miso mixture for about 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
  5. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush it with olive oil.
  6. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
