  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste and olive oil until smooth to create a miso sauce.
  3. Spread the miso sauce evenly over the gluten-free pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the miso sauce.
