Steps
- In a bowl, combine the miso paste, sake, mirin, honey, and sesame oil, mixing well until smooth to create the marinade.
- Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor.
