  • White miso paste - 3 tablespoons
  • Sake - 2 tablespoons
  • Mirin - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the miso paste, sake, mirin, honey, and sesame oil, mixing well until smooth to create the marinade.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
