  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Water - 100 milliliters
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced shiitake and button mushrooms to the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until they soften.
  4. Stir in the enoki mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste, soy sauce, and water until smooth.
  6. Pour the miso mixture over the mushrooms in the skillet, stirring well to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds, and serve warm.
