Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little sesame oil to coat the bottom.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.
