- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the miso paste, soy sauce, honey (or sweetener), sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the glaze.
- Season the salmon and chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if necessary to prevent sticking.
