Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the eggplants in half lengthwise and score the flesh in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut through the skin.
- In a bowl, mix together the white miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
