Ingredients

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Peel the daikon radish and cut it into 1 cm thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Brush the miso glaze generously over both sides of the daikon slices.
