- Cucumber - 1 small (sliced)
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and are golden brown.
