- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
- Sliced cucumber - 1 small
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
- Scallions - 2, finely chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
