  • Erythritol (or any low-carb sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the white miso paste, mirin, sake, and erythritol until well combined to create the marinade.
  2. Place the black cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  5. Remove the black cod from the marinade and place it on a lined baking tray, discarding the excess marinade.
